We are so excited to share our free field trip worksheet with you! We are often asked what we think homeschool will look like on the road. Our hope is that it looks like a lot of hands on learning and a lot of field trips. We want to step away from the books (except math because if you have been following along you know that we WILL do 30 minutes of math each day) and experience the world.
Why Did We Create a Field Trip Worksheet
1. We are working on several ways our boys can record their findings to create a portfolio that can be used for homeschool records and as keepsakes.
2. We feel this is important since we won’t be picking up the traditional keepsakes from gift shops since we are focusing on having less stuff.
3. We want them to have an opportunity to share their view of the world.
Our project isn’t completely done, but we wanted to share this part of it with you. This free field trip worksheet was developed with idea that we could get a great sense of how our kids view the world. We all experience life in different ways.
